Shipping and Packaging

Inspect Your Shipment

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment of your storefront door upon arrival. Open the crate to verify the goods are received in good condition prior to signing the bill of lading. A Phillips head screw driver is required to lift the lid. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make freight claims. In the event of damage, the damages must be noted on the bill of lading. Noted charges will help protect your freight claim.

Packaged with Care

Your glass door is packaged with the utmost care to help prevent damage from occurring during the shipping process. Unlike other suppliers who ship their doors in cardboard boxes, we custom make a wooden crate to help protect each shipment. We also place stringers across the top of each crate to aid in the prevention of shipping damage.

Delivery Method

Your glass door is delivered via a private freight company, the standard delivery time for In-stock doors is 7-10 business days, non-stock doors and custom orders are estimated for delivery in 4-6 weeks. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the options, you will be given an actual delivery date via email by a sales consultant after your order is placed. If you have any delivery questions prior to your purchase please call us at 303-867-1179.
